E-books, colouring books & printables

All digital products (including e-books, colouring books, journals, printable activities and downloadable guides) are non-refundable once payment has been completed and the files have been delivered.

If a customer experiences technical difficulties accessing their purchase, we will gladly assist them — reach out to nonifreebird@gmail.com.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If a physical book arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Physical orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Digital orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been processed.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
